1. General Requirements

• Drivers must be at least 21 years old (23+ for certain vehicles).

• A valid driving license is required. International licenses are recommended if your license is not in English or EU format.

• All drivers must present a passport or national ID at the time of pick-up.

2. Booking & Payment

• Booking can be made via our website, email, or WhatsApp.

• Payment is accepted via credit card, debit card, or cash (if approved in advance).

• A security deposit is required at pick-up; this will be refunded when the vehicle is returned in good condition.

• Prices do not include fuel, tolls, or fines incurred during the rental period.

3. Pick-up & Drop-off

• Vehicles can be picked up at our office, airport, or agreed location.

• Return to a different location is possible (subject to availability and extra charges).

• Late returns may incur additional fees; please contact us if delays occur.

• Cars should be returned clean and with the same fuel level as at pick-up (“Full to Full” policy).

4. Insurance & Damage

• Basic insurance is included in all rentals.

• Optional full coverage insurance is available for an additional fee.

• Insurance does not cover:

  • Damage caused by negligence, reckless driving, or driving under the influence.

  • Damage to tires, windows, roof, or interior unless full coverage is purchased.

• Any accident or damage must be reported immediately.

5. Mileage & Usage

• Most rentals include unlimited mileage; check your rental agreement for exceptions.

• Vehicles may only be driven on paved roads and within legal borders.

• Pets are allowed if the vehicle is kept clean.

• No smoking in vehicles; cleaning fees will apply if ignored.

6. Long-Term Rentals

• Special rates are available for monthly or long-term rentals.

• Maintenance and servicing are included for long-term rentals.

• Vehicle upgrades or changes are possible depending on availability.

7. Additional Services & Extras

• Child seats, GPS, or additional drivers are available upon request.

• Transfers, boat rentals, jet skis, and scooters are available upon request; pricing varies.

8. Cancellations & Modifications

• Bookings can be canceled; fees depend on timing (check your confirmation).

• Rental periods can be extended, subject to vehicle availability.

• Early returns do not usually result in refunds.
