What documents do I need to rent a car ?
You need a valid driving license, a passport or ID card, and a deposit.

Yes, drivers must be at least 21years old. 

If your license is not in English or EU format, an international license is recommended.
Yes, but additional drivers must be registered and show their license.

Payment & Booking

How can I pay for my rental ?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and sometimes cash (depending on the rental).
Yes, a deposit is required. It will be refunded after the car is returned in good condition.
Yes, we accept bookings through our website, email, or WhatsApp for your convenience.
A credit card is usually preferred for deposit, but contact us for alternatives.

Insurance & Coverage

Is insurance included in the rental price ?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and sometimes cash (depending on the rental).

You must contact us immediately and follow the insurance procedure.
No, insurance may not cover negligence, driving under influence, or damage to tires, windows, and interior.

Pick-up & Drop-off

Can I pick up the car at the airport ?
Yes, airport pick-up and drop-off are available upon request.
Yes, we can deliver and collect cars at your location (subject to availability).
No worries, just give us your flight details and we’ll adjust the schedule.
Yes, one-way rentals are possible. Extra charges may apply.

Rental Terms

What is included in the rental price ?
Rental, basic insurance, local taxes, and road assistance. Fuel is not included.
Usually “Full to Full” – you return the car with the same amount of fuel.
Most rentals include unlimited mileage, but check with us for details.
Yes, but please keep the car clean and free of damage.
No, smoking is not allowed in our cars. Cleaning fees apply if ignored.
